As a Partner at BearingPoint, my role is to accelerate and lead the firm’s growth in the U.S. by scaling our Sourcing & Procurement practice as a core pillar of Business Transformation. I focus on delivering outcome-based solutions to our clients with measurable impact through cost take-out, operational excellence, digital enablement, and creative commercial models aligned to results. My priorities reside in supporting organizations within Private Equity and the middle market where demand for value creation is accelerating.

I joined BearingPoint in 2021 with a vision of supporting our Operations practice after twelve years in procurement transformation, spend management consulting and strategic sourcing. By combining deep sourcing expertise with performance improvement capabilities, I aim to position BearingPoint as the trusted partner for outcome-driven transformation and to scale our U.S. business with a high-performing team and strong alliances.
