After some content-and tech-related experience as consultant, I soon managed my first own projects. Today I have more than 20 years of experience in primary insurance and reinsurance domain. In the past I have founded Business Consulting Financial Services for the currently most valuable German company. As managing director of an international consulting company, I planned the market presence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and I was responsible as MD for more than 6 years. The annual growth was always over 30% and customer satisfaction was certainly a key to numerous successes and awards.
