We focus on solutions for both companies and people, which often requires thinking outside the box about business models and implementing innovative processes and agile organizations. Our teams use the latest technologies and have deep industry knowledge and strong networks.

My professional career started in the energy industry. I gained my first experiences in the industry as a working student – and I even wrote my thesis on a company connected to the one where I worked. For over 25 years, I have helped municipal utilities, regional suppliers, and international energy providers successfully navigate major upheavals, from deregulation to digitalization.

Before joining BearingPoint, I was a senior manager at PwC Consulting, where I built up the area of sales strategy and processes within the energy industry.
