As a Partner in Banking & Capital Markets, I support retail and private banking clients in transforming processes, people, and technology platforms, including large and complex transformation concepts such as “skill-based production management.” I focus on end-to-end process optimization to decrease costs and increase client and product-lifecycle efficiency and reliability in all business areas.
I have been working in the banking industry since 1998. Since joining BearingPoint in 2008, I have been supporting clients in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Nordics in optimizing and automating processes to increase efficiency in operations.
In addition to my professional education in retail and private banking and methodological expertise as a Six Sigma+Lean Green Belt and eden-consultant (maturity model for processes), I also bring the necessary technical understanding (e.g., BPM/ workflow tools, process mining, OCR) to optimize processes end-to-end and thus improve the customer journey.
