Digital transformation is now firmly established in public administration. At the same time, governments face rising complexity, accelerating change, and increasing demands for accountability. For more than 20 years, I have supported public sector organizations in meeting these challenges through innovative technology and digitalization projects. Working with clients across federal and state administration, social security, and defense, my BearingPoint colleagues and I design and implement robust IT systems and solutions that strengthen performance, resilience, and public value.
Throughout my career, I have led large-scale process and IT transformation projects in the public sector. My experience spans introducing new accounting systems in large administrations, delivering complex software projects in the social security sector, and driving the digital modernization of surface vessels in the defense sector.
A well-functioning, modern public administration secures our country’s future. We want to play an active role in shaping this future.
