We are delighted to start 2022 with this prestigious award. It is a testament to the hard work our team has put into strategic transformation projects over the last year for the wealth management industry.

During the awards ceremony, the expert jury emphasized the quality of BearingPoint's submissions and was impressed by the diversity of its services. BearingPoint was awarded for its expertise in the following projects, inter alia:

1. Digitization customer and product lifecycle

Since 2017, BearingPoint has been supporting a Swiss Tier-1 bank in digitizing its customer and product lifecycle processes on the Business Process Management platform. The project included the establishment of a seamless digital onboarding experience and the launch of a banking app that addresses the needs (of the younger generation) for smartphone-oriented services.

2. Digitization of client management

To drive growth and ensure data security, BearingPoint advised a wealth management-focused client on selecting the optimal software solution to combine client management, time tracking and billing, internal accounting and client accounting. The choice of this core system enables the firm to digitally transform from front to back office while complying with regulatory obligations.

3. Digitization of the investment process

BearingPoint led a three-year transformation project for a private bank in Geneva. This involved replacing the front-end tool with a fully-standardized solution from the market covering part of its business activities in EMEA, including sustainable investment rules. It enabled the bank to digitize its investment processes and led to a significant increase in productivity.
