I lead large, complex turnaround and business transformation programs for leading European companies in various industries. I advise clients primarily on digital strategy, transformation and new digital business models enabled by technology such as our own software InfonovaR6. I head-up BearingPoint’s own strategy development, M&A and venture transactions and I am also the regional leader for the Nordics. I have supported the shaping and implementation of BearingPoint’s 2020 strategy and I am involved in the initiation phase of all our M&A and venture activities. Prior to my current roles, I also spent more than ten years as firm-wide leader for BearingPoint’s Business Strategy and Transformation team.
I started out as a management consultant about 20 years ago for IMPAC where I worked as a productivity specialist and focused on improving clients’ bottom-line results through productivity, performance management, leadership development and change management.
My journey in BearingPoint started with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as a Senior Consultant, working with business improvement projects across the Nordics. I also served as CEO for one of our client companies where I, among other things, developed a digital platform and business in the field of procurement and logistics. Throughout the years with BearingPoint I have held many stimulating leadership roles and had the opportunity to work across our different practices in Europe.
Outside work, I am a passionate skier both in alpine and cross-country and I have participated in the famous 90km Vasaloppet in Sweden three times. My family is a member of the largest Ski Club in Sweden where my daughters compete in national alpine skiing.
