    Heymen Jansen (Dutch, 1957) brings 40 years+ experience from various international management functions within many industries: like Marine, Machine Building, Electronics, Plastics, Software Industries and Professional Services. He joined ABB in 2014 as the Global Head of Operational Excellence and Information Systems within the Business Unit Power Grids High Voltage. Currently Heymen is Global VP Advanced Process Analytics at ABB HQ for Quality & Operations, being responsible for the global roll-out of Process Analytics in the Operational Domains. By using modern technologies such as Robotic process automation, process mining, artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, his department supports the various Businesses to improve customer satisfaction by continuously working on Improving Quality, Lead Times and Costs.

    Leonardo Gambini has over 15 years experience in Advanced Analytics. After several stations with SAS, Oracle and IBM, he has now been with Celonis, the market leader for process mining, for one year. At Celonis, he is responsible for the expansion of the Swiss market and works on numerous use cases to establish process mining in various industries together with partners.

    Jan Bernstorf has been with BearingPoint for more than 18 years. Located in Frankfurt since July 2017, he before supported the establishment of the BearingPoint office in Shanghai and the China practice. Jan leads the Digital Process Management team and supports BearingPoint customers in designing their Process Management & Execution strategy, which often includes the definition of a corporate process model, the establishment of a process community, and the implementation of process transformation programs. One focus area of Jan and his team is the integration of innovative digital enablers such as process mining software, RPA and AI. These tools are gaining increasing importance for the success of large-scale process transformation tasks.
