His experience includes more than 25 years in the retail business with various roles within Front and Head office: Head of Advice Private Clients, Head of Sales Communication, Head of Idea Management amongst others. Since 2015 he has been responsible for upgrading Deutsche’s more than 500 branches and over 15.000 workplaces with leading edge IT infrastructure which includes the transformation of applications, processes and employees. He is striving for the best in class solution for customer needs and behavior, digital trends and Deutsche Bank’s business model, ensuring a consistent cross-channel experience with one unified UX and UI for clients and employees.
