Stefan Bryner, Head of Human Resources, Organization and Informatics of the City of Zurich (OIZ)

Stefan Bryner has been Head of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Board of the Organization and Information Technology (OIZ) service department of the City of Zurich since 2010. OIZ is the information technology center of the City of Zurich and is responsible for the IT infrastructure and cross-departmental IT projects within the city administration. It supports all departments of the City of Zurich in their digital transformation. In his daily work, he is repeatedly confronted with topics such as agile methods and practices, changes in organizational culture and nurturing innovation. Previously, he worked as Organizational Development Specialist at Swisscom and Human Resource Manager at Zurich Airport.
