• Thomas Bennouna, Credit Suisse, Head of Internal Channels

    After several years in the consulting industry for IBM and Contauro, running CRM projects in different industries, Thomas Bennouna (Dipl. Betriebsökonom FH, MBA), joined Credit Suisse in 2012 as a project manager for management and business information solutions. In this role, he was responsible for the strategy definition and implementation of reporting and workflow solutions in Switzerland and Asia. In 2015, he took over the position as Digital Segment Manager for private clients, defining digital front-end solutions for Credit Suisse’s business areas, namely in the CRM space. Since the beginning of 2018 he and his team have been responsible for the definition and rollout of internal digital channels in Switzerland.

  • Fred Schuster, Deutsche Bank, Head of Digital Branch and Workplace

    Fred Schuster is Director and Head of Digital Branch & Workplace within Deutsche Bank Private & Corporate Clients. His experience includes more than 25 years in the retail business with various roles within Front and Head office: Head of Advice Private Clients, Head of Sales Communication, Head of Idea Management amongst others. Since 2015 he has been responsible for upgrading Deutsche’s more than 500 branches and over 15.000 workplaces with leading edge IT infrastructure which includes the transformation of applications, processes and employees. He is striving for the best in class solution for customer needs and behavior, digital trends and Deutsche Bank’s business model, ensuring a consistent cross-channel experience with one unified UX and UI for clients and employees.

  • Katharina Casanova, BearingPoint, Digital & Strategy

    Katharina Casanova is a Manager in the Digital & Strategy Practice of BearingPoint and expert for Digital Banking Transformation as well as the Diversity Lead Switzerland. After several years as a Relationship Manager in the International Wealth Management of a private bank in Luxembourg, she entered the consulting business. Katharina joined BearingPoint in early 2016. Since then she has been advising Swiss Banks in the End-to-End Digitalization of the Client Life Cycle and Business Process Optimization. Katharina holds a double-degree in business administration and international management from University of Applied Sciences Landshut, Germany and Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge, United Kingdom.
