With our practice-oriented and holistic approach, consisting of planning, implementation and monitoring, we aim to anchor change in organizations in a sustainable way. Our approach provides a framework in which methods and content can be individually adapted to the requirements of each organization.
Conceptualization of the change, considering stakeholders, risks and readiness for change, and elaboration of a change vision.
Target group-oriented preparation and involvement of stakeholders, leadership activation, communication and implementation of learning strategies.
Monitoring of change management measures based on predefined target criteria and values to optimize and anchor the change.
The traditional approach to Change Management includes a detailed planning of all change activities as well as the use of best practices. However, accompanying various transformations we have seen that every organization in its own is a complex and adaptive system that reacts in its unique way to changing circumstances. It is not enough to execute change activities with a selective involvement of those affected. Rather, a step-by-step approach is required to absorb people’s reactions to change and to respond to them appropriately while still being in the process of change.
This is why we have developed our Agile Change Management Framework.
The agile change management approach is our response to the demand for flexibility as well as the necessity of rapid feedback loops. It is an iterative process that allows a quick response to feedback from those affected by the change. Feedback is consistently captured and integrated into the change activities. With the agile change management approach, a complex change is broken down into measurable activities that can be implemented and adapted quickly.
