I have been working in BearingPoint's public sector team for over 15 years. I manage the teams and lead change projects, from defining strategies to implementing public policies.
These projects include digital transformation, the re-engineering of customer/user relationship processes, operational efficiency, management and organizational consulting, the design and implementation of information systems and change management support.
I am a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies.
