To me, generative AI, next-level automation, and intelligent agents are more than buzzwords: they are crucial components in this process.
Additionally, I hold responsibility for our (private) Real Estate Transformation practice. In our portfolio, we specialize in developing and implementing real estate and ESG strategies, employing data-driven automation and innovative digital solutions to generate sustainable value.
I see myself as an enabler and passionate optimizer with more than 15 years of experience in management and technology consulting for complex organizations in digital transformation and business development with strong innovation skills. Critical to my success over the last years have been my close relationship with decision makers and my trustworthiness. My technical expertise, as well as my knowledge of what the client needs, combined with my open, honest, and committed attitude, have helped me identify new project potentials and quickly turn them into active projects. Understanding the client's organization, business needs, and market trends is essential to think, co-create and launch strategic developments and innovations.
