As BearingPoint’s Chief Operating Officer, I enable operational excellence across our firm to take its systems to the next level. Focusing on managing day-to-day operations, I optimize our delivery approach and utilization and am responsible for the BearingPoint support functions, their quality and efficiency. In addition, I lead the firm’s cross-shore enablement hub.
I became a Partner at BearingPoint in 2009 and joined the Management Committee in 2019. My journey with BearingPoint started straight after university in 1997, and I am still excited to work with great colleagues and clients every day.
