During my career, I have led numerous global consulting projects, with a focus on transformation programs, reorganizing marketing and customer services and developing IT strategies.

I joined BearingPoint (at that time KPMG Consulting) in 1996. I was one of the founding Partners in the management buyout of BearingPoint EMEA from BearingPoint Inc. in 2009 and was appointed to the German Management Board of BearingPoint in 2012. In 2016 I also took over firm-wide responsibility for our Service Lines, innovation program, and Ventures unit and joined the firm-wide Management Committee of BearingPoint. I was elected Managing Partner in 2018.
