Are you interested in digitally transforming business performance management? Are you looking for a new career opportunity in consulting? Do you enjoy working with committed and down-to-earth colleagues in a supportive work culture?

We are now looking for a new colleague to join our growing consulting team at our office in Copenhagen!

As an EPM Consultant you'll be delivering comprehensive strategic transformation projects to our esteemed clients. Our forte lies in optimizing and digitizing the processes and systems of CFO organizations. We offer a diverse range of services, including financial consolidation, statutory reporting, XP&A, S&OP, financial planning, management reporting, and cost and profitability management. We implement analytical and reporting solutions and empower CFOs to establish and enhance resilient finance organizations for the future.

Our Denmark practice is integral to BearingPoint's global operations and especially collaborates closely with our other Nordic practices. We work in an entrepreneurial setup while building relationships with the most prominent companies in Denmark and contributing to our international projects.

In your work, you will for example:

  • Support our clients in large transformations in financial and private sector.
  • Work closely with a team in designing, implementing, and optimizing financial solutions and processes tailored to meet client needs.
  • Support implementations of leading EPM solutions such as OneStream and Anaplan.
  • Develop our business together with the team for example by creating client proposals and continuously improving our offerings and practices.

As your proficiency deepens, you'll have a chance to adopt larger responsibilities both in client engagements for example in leading projects or project streams, as well as in our internal business development activities.

We are looking for:

  • Around 2-4 years of experience in EPM/finance consulting or finance organization roles (e.g. financial planning, financial accounting, auditing, controlling or management reporting)
  • Curiosity towards technical solutions and some experience in implementing finance/EPM systems, such as Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle or Tagetik
  • Academic degree in a relevant field, such as M.Sc. in business or technology
  • Fluent communication skills in Danish and English (written and spoken)

As an advantage we see:

  • Professional certifications and/or developer experience in relevant solutions such as Anaplan or OneStream
  • Financial Services industry knowledge / experience (f.ex. banking or insurance)
  • Data modelling and data visualization skills

The right person has a can-do attitude and strong analytical problem-solving skills. We hope you are a true team player, as we believe in collaboration and working in teams is an essential part of our culture. An entrepreneurial mentality and commitment to contribute to developing our practice in Denmark will take you far in this role.

We offer you:

  • Steep learning curve and opportunity to continuously expand your skillset as you work in interesting client cases and have an impact on our business. Our diverse financial- and business performance management projects, as well as clients across financial services sector and other industries, offer an exciting and stimulating environment.
  • Chance to work in an entrepreneurial setup with the support of a global company. You will have the opportunity to develop and influence our Danish practice and set your footprint.
  • Support in the development of your individual competencies and career progression through regular discussions with your development manager, formal trainings, and project work.
  • Culture where your work-life balance is supported with flexible working hours and hybrid working possibilities.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
