As a leading independent technology management advisor in the Financial Services industry in the Nordics, we have a true passion for helping the industry through this transformation. Together with our team, you will be helping the largest Nordic Financial Services companies navigate the changing landscape.

Our Denmark practice is integral to BearingPoint's global operations and especially collaborates closely with our other Nordic practices. We work in an entrepreneurial setup while building relationships with the most prominent companies in Denmark and contributing to our international projects.

In your work as a Financial Services consultant, you will for example:

  • Support our clients in large transformations in core banking/insurance, asset management services, anti-financial crime (AFC), card & payments programs, and post-merger migrations.
  • Define requirements and solutions to optimize, digitize, and automate processes and infrastructure.
  • Identify client-specific needs in order to guide our clients through regulatory topics, improve compliance and increase process efficiency.
  • Work with AI and cloud technologies and introducing these solutions to clients where they fit best.
  • Facilitate client workshops and meetings while operating in an international environment.
  • Develop our business together with the team for example by creating client proposals, identifying new opportunities, and continuously improving our offerings and practices.

As your proficiency deepens, you'll have a chance to adopt larger responsibilities both in client engagements, such as leading projects or project streams, and in our internal business development activities. Based on your experience and interests, the specific role and responsibilities will be discussed in more detail during the recruitment process. 

We are looking for:

  • Around 2-6 years of relevant experience within Financial Services industry (banking & insurance), ideally for example from consulting and/or a development-oriented SME role
  • Prior experience in use case and/or business requirement creation and management
  • Prior experience in designing and optimizing target processes, assessing business impacts, and implementing change (e.g. training, communication)
  • Capacity and willingness to learn and adapt to new functional areas within Financial Services
  • Academic degree in relevant field, such as M.Sc. in business or technology
  • Fluent communication skills in Danish and English (written and spoken)
