Mikko Ayub has close to 30 years of experience in the finance industry. Mikko’s most recent position was CEO of Aktia Bank Plc, the third-largest Finnish bank that operates in Banking, Asset Management and Life Insurance. 

Mika Stirkkinen - Finance Professional, Former CFO of Finnair

Mika Stirkkinen has held various positions at Finnair during his 20 years in the company, including VP Group Treasurer, VP Revenue Management, and Group CFO. Currently, Mika serves as an interim CFO with Forenom Oy, a private equity-owned hospitality company. 

Jyri Raitasalo - PhD, Commander of the Karelia Brigade

Jyri Raitasalo is Docent of strategy and security policy at the Finnish National Defense University. He serves as Brigadier General at the Finnish Defense Forces, Commander of Karelia Brigade, and he holds a PhD in Political Sciences. He has had several senior positions in the Finnish Defense Forces and the Ministry of Defense in Finland.
