As a Partner in our Public Sector practice, I help French local and regional authorities, public bodies and transport authorities design and steer the public policies that respond to today’s major transitions — ecological, demographic and digital/AI. I support them in turning these long-term shifts into concrete public action that delivers tangible improvements for citizens, working hand in hand with public executives and leading multidisciplinary teams and consortia.
My clients include leading public organizations such as Île-de-France Mobilités, the City of Paris and France’s largest metropolitan areas, with growing engagements at the European level, including the European Commission. I bring particular expertise in mobility and the opening up of public transport to competition, as well as in the digital and AI transformation of public services — helping decision-makers anticipate change and modernize public action at the service of citizens and territories.
I joined BearingPoint’s Public Sector team in Paris in 2006 and have built my whole career on one conviction: you cannot help transform public action without first understanding it from the inside. I have a real passion for learning the professions, the constraints and the day-to-day realities of public organizations — and of local and regional authorities in particular, whose role in citizens’ everyday lives I find especially compelling.
What sets my approach apart is the strong personal commitment I bring to every client. I have worked alongside many of them for years, and their loyalty is for me the truest measure of the value we deliver. Building these long-term, trust-based relationships, and never ceasing to learn about the people and professions behind public service, is what I enjoy most in this work.
Transforming public services is a team sport — I just happen to be the one in the yellow jacket.
