As Global Leader Markets I am responsible for the management of all industry segments on a firmwide level at BearingPoint. In addition, in my role as Chief Global Network Officer I orchestrate our global footprint and specifically our US and China activities as well as our global consulting network.
Disruptive changes related to digitalization and automation in nearly all segments have led to drastic transformations as well as new opportunities for our clients. I am striving every day to help and support our clients adapt to the world ahead by providing not only innovative and new business models, but also by helping them in their need for a thorough global business transformation.
Throughout my career, I have managed large scale international business and IT transformation projects, mainly in the areas of Digital, Supply Chain Management as well as business improvement programs, always with a strong focus on the related and necessary change management aspects.
These included the establishment of new production sites, process design and optimization of global production networks through lean production processes and significant productivity increases as well as digital strategy development.
After my studies in Management and Engineering, I joined BearingPoint in 1998, became Partner in 2007 and Member of the Global Management Committee in 2014. The combination of a good business and technological understanding always served me as an important basis to understand client issues from a holistic perspective to develop creative and sustainable solutions for them.
Although I have been working for more than 20 years in the consulting industry with a strong international focus, I am still excited to work together with different people, organizations, and cultures to solve complex issues and to help my clients be more successful in their operations.
In addition to my role at BearingPoint, I serve as President of the European Federation of Management Consultancies Associations (FEACO), and as Vice-President of the German Federation of Consultancies (BDU).
