I am a Partner in the Operations and Supply Chain practice of BearingPoint for France, Benelux, and Africa. In this role, I lead a team focusing on operations and supply chain challenges. We support our clients in operational efficiency along the entire value chain, the digitalization of business processes, purchasing and planning methods, and improvements in logistics and transportation.
We engage with clients from all sectors in major transformation projects through operating and organizational evolutions, as well as in implementing information systems and digitalization.
I started my career in industrial operations at General Electric, where for nearly 9 years, I led projects and held positions in production/industrialization, logistics or, and in aftersales services and maintenance.
After General Electric I became a Partner at CSC and then Wavestone, gaining 15 years of experience dedicated to major transformation programs around processes, IT, and tools, supporting my clients in their transformation journeys in the industrial, transportation, energy and utilities, luxury and retail sectors.
Trained as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, I understand business process diagnostics and improvements, operations and supply chains, IT, and digital transformations.
