What made you choose BearingPoint as your employer?

I got to know BearingPoint at a career fair I was part of organizing during my studies around six years ago. At first, the cotton candy machine caught my interest but soon I was intrigued by the easygoing and fun atmosphere at the stand. Some months later, I saw an HR trainee position open and decided to apply. During the recruitment process, I was convinced by the supportive and development-oriented work culture and the extremely nice people I got to meet. These are to this day some of my favorite things about BearingPoint.

What does your daily work consist of?

I'm part of our Internal Business Support team, so I don't work as a consultant myself but rather support our Finnish practice in various matters. My work is mainly focused on talent acquisition and HR, and on a daily basis, I get to support many of our competency areas/teams through recruitment-related activities, such as finding new talents and managing recruitment processes forward. I also work with various HR-related projects as well as employer branding and campus activities together with our team. In my role, I work closely together with various stakeholders, which I enjoy a lot.

How would you describe your experience as an employee at BearingPoint?

I have really enjoyed my time at BearingPoint and feel like I have developed a lot as a professional over the years from my first days as a trainee. There have constantly been opportunities to learn and assume new responsibility areas in our team, which I'm really grateful for. I also like that there is flexibility in our daily work life and developing self and ways of working is always encouraged. Some highlights that come into mind from my BearingPoint journey are definitely the people and fun memories together from various after-hours activities and office parties.
