After having worked 10 years in the banking industry, I was curious about returning back to consulting business. I joined BearingPoint one year ago, since I felt that my background and development goals were a perfect match with the role BearingPoint had to offer. During the interviews, I was convinced by the easy-going company culture focusing on people.

What kind of projects have you been involved in and what does your daily work consist of?

For the past year, I have been working full time in one major business transformation project in the banking sector. Along the way, I have had several roles and responsibilities, all related to project management.

My daily work consists of planning and participating meetings with stakeholders, facilitating workshops and documenting complex topics. Overall my goal is to ensure project activities progress according to plan and team ways of working support everyone towards project targets.

What do you like the most about your work?

The best part in my work is the great and talented people I get to cooperate with. I enjoy driving the human-centric change: when project step by step progresses and plans turn into actions. On the top, I appreciate having the opportunity to participate in a unique and once in a life time project, which has added to my own competencies.
