Your role:

As an experienced professional at BearingPoint, you will combine working in and leading client projects, sales and building trusted client relationships and developing our offering and practice. Depending on your interests and background you will be working in tasks and projects in the following competency areas: Enterprise Performance Management & CFO Advisory, ERP, Financial Services, Data & Analytics, Digital & Strategy and  Sustainable Business.

Your work will include for example the following elements:

  • Working in both business- and technology-oriented projects
  • Analyzing industry trends and defining solutions for our clients’ existing and emerging business challenges and opportunities
  • Leading project teams and client engagements
  • Facilitating client workshops and meetings while operating in an international environment
  • Proactively identifying and driving client opportunities, preparing, and pitching offerings to new and existing clients and developing our service offering together with the team
  • Developing our business in internal projects such as contributing to our CSR activities or local trainings

We are looking for:

  • Relevant work experience related to one or more of our competency areas - We are interested in candidates with diverse professional backgrounds, for example from consulting and/or industry
  • Prior experience in leading projects/project management and/or working in an SME role
  • Curiosity for continuous learning and ability to find solutions to novel business problems
  • Passion for supporting clients in business and technology transformation
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., M.Sc. in business or technology)
  • Fluent communication skills in English (written and spoken), fluency in Finnish considered as an advantage
