We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Technical Architect to join us in the strategic growth and acceleration phase of our Microsoft business in Finland!
Your role:
As a Microsoft Technical Architect, you will play a central role in shaping and scaling our Microsoft Copilot and AI agenda. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with a strong commercial and consultative mindset, working closely with clients, sales, and delivery teams to design and deliver enterprise-grade solutions that drive tangible business value. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, taking ownership of solution architecture while actively contributing to customer success, growth, and long-term partnerships. Your responsibilities include:
Client Engagement & Commercial Advisory
Engage with clients to understand business objectives, value drivers, and decision criteria.
Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and commercially sound technical solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform.
Act as a trusted advisor in both technical and value-based discussions with senior stakeholders.
Architecture & Solution Design
Design end-to-end solution architectures addressing functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, security, and governance.
Define architecture blueprints, patterns, and best practices for enterprise-grade implementations.
Technical Leadership & Delivery Ownership
Take technical ownership across the full solution lifecycle – from design and build to deployment and operational handover.
Ensure implementation of quality, architectural consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
Pre-sales & Business Development Support
Support growth and pipeline development through client workshops, solution demonstrations, technical proposals, and bid work.
Contribute to shaping compelling solution narratives that clearly articulate business value, ROI, and differentiation.
Thought Leadership & Community Contribution
Stay current with developments in the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly within Copilot, AI, and Power Platform.
Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement across teams, offerings, and ways of working.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
We are looking for:
Strong experience designing and scaling enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies
Solid understanding of cross-domain software architecture, including cloud platforms, security, governance, and integration
Hands-on development experience with Dynamics CE / Power Platform (Apps, Automate, Pages, Power BI)
Experience contributing to pre-sales and commercially driven client engagements, such as workshops, technical proposals, or bid support
Ability to combine technical depth with commercial understanding, including value positioning and stakeholder management
Degree in a relevant field
Fluent communication skills in Finnish and English (written and spoken)
