To kick-start the summer, we want to share some fun facts about our people and culture!
You might already know the type of interesting topics and projects our consultants are working on for clients, but we also organize several different trips, parties and activities to enjoy our time together. Our team in Helsinki is already reaching 100 employees, but it still feels like such a tight group! There haven’t been many disappointed faces with all the exciting events the company offers.
You can feel at home at our office
Every Friday you can stay at the office after work and have Beers with Peers at our own bar to catch up with colleagues. Of course, we also organize many team activities and dinners. We have been to many nice restaurants and everything from wind-tunnel flying to skiing trips. As sports is also close to our hearts, some of us just finished a Running school, and Midnight run event is ahead in Autumn.
All new employees will have the opportunity to participate to a buddy dinner with their support consultant and there’s also BearingPoint Young Guns events for our freshmen – a nice way to get to know each other and share thoughts with other new hires.
Diversity is important to us, one of the efforts is to have events for our ladies, BearingPoint Foxy is organized for our company women. Something like a relaxing spa and dinner to support work-life balance. Last time we went for a tour and tasting at a distillery.
This year's summer party took our whole office to a private dinner at Helsinki seafront restaurant, from where we had a tram ride to a cool city festival, Sideways.
Every event is thought out, and we want everyone to feel connected and part of the group. Branded materials are usually handed out for all to make the time together even more engaging.
