Companies that want to leverage the opportunities provided by digital business need to consider transforming processes, products, the organization and business models in parallel.
For this transformation different dimensions need to be aligned, such as anchoring BPM in the organization, support from IT or the standardized use of techniques. Therefore, analyzing internal processes within an organization becomes even more important.
BearingPoint and BPM&O have conducted a multi-sector survey with more than 280 participants (more than 90% from Germany, Austria and Switzerland).
