I lead BearingPoint’s Customer & Growth and Salesforce practice in the UK, helping our clients to realize amazing experiences for their customers by implementing leading edge digital solutions such as Salesforce. During my 25 years of experience in various technology leadership roles on both industry and consulting side, I have been involved in some of the most innovative and impactful digital programmes within the European Financial Services, Consumer Goods and High-Tech sector. I am passionate about CRM/CX related technologies, pride myself as a thought leader within the Salesforce ecosystem and currently serve on the Salesforce partner advisory board for Insurance.
After having spent 10 years with Dell Technologies as global lead for their CRM & Quote-to-Cash programme, I then transitioned into consulting, becoming part of Accenture’s leadership team within their UK “CloudFirst” Salesforce practice and then later heading up Cognizant’s Salesforce Consulting and Solutions Group (CSG) across Europe.
Throughout my career I always worked at the cornerstone of people, process and technology related aspects, helping companies navigate the complexities of large transformational programmes and driving tangible business outcomes through innovation.
