My goal is to make public administration a little better every day. For over ten years, I have supported my clients at the federal level in organizational, process, and change management to drive transformation in the public sector and accelerate digitalization efforts. It has been shown that digitalization is not a technical challenge but rather a cultural, organizational, and procedural one. Therefore, these are my fields of action in which sustainable change is necessary and possible.
As a political scientist, I placed public administration at the center of my work during my studies. When I started my career, I concentrated on the municipal sector and got to know public administration at the grassroots level. I then went through the federal levels. As a Partner in the service line People & Strategy, I have been responsible for various successful projects at the federal level in the areas of organization, processes, and change. Together with my team, we work passionately to make public administration fit for the future and to do our part to ensure a stable basis for the functioning of the state.
Together with public administration, we must have the courage to take real new paths and not reproduce old habits. This is the only way real progress is possible. As Oren Harari said, “The electric light did not come from the continuous improvement of candles.”.
