My focus is on the conception, design, and implementation of digital transformation in the financial sector. As a Partner in our Finance & Risk service line, I support our customers in all aspects of financial transformation, from idea generation to conception and implementation, to prepare them as best as possible for future questions and challenges.
I have been with BearingPoint since 2014 and have managed and implemented various projects in the finance sector for different industries worldwide. I have led large financial transformation programs from idea development to operational implementation. In recent years, I have been increasingly active in the healthcare sector and the circular economy customer environment.
Before joining BearingPoint in 2014, I worked for two years as a project manager in the finance department of a recycling company and was responsible for organizational development projects in the finance sector. I was also active in management consulting for five years in the area of SAP implementation projects.
The future requires changes to our current structures, processes, and mindsets within the finance organization! We cannot predict everything, but we can make your organization more flexible and capable of development in order to better respond to future issues.
