Shanghai, August 25, 2021 — Management and technology consultancy BearingPoint presented its brand new Shanghai office with an opening ceremony on August 2, 2021. BearingPoint relocated to a larger office to accommodate its growth in the region. The new office also serves as the headquarters in Asia Pacific.

Expanding its China practice is essential to BearingPoint’s Strategy 2025, as China is a core global market for its European clients looking to develop and grow in the region. BearingPoint said it had doubled its headcount in China during the first half of 2021 to support the accelerating growth in the country.

The new office is located at Wheelock Square in the heart of Shanghai. At over 500 square meters, the space provides a pleasant and innovative working environment and modern facilities. The consultancy said it paves the way to solidify further BearingPoint’s position in China and Asia Pacific.
