Team Leader Consultant of the Year – Laura Morroll

With over 20 years combined experience in the Retail and Consulting industry, Laura has developed key skills and traits to successfully, and effectively lead her teams in delivery of client projects. Not only does Laura engage with her teams to build trusted, long lasting relationships, she does this with her clients also.

Change and Transformation in the public sector – Network Rail

For Network Rail High Speed to support their contract to maintain and operate the high-speed track in the UK, it was required to prove to stakeholders that the organisation is ‘fit for purpose’. BearingPoint derived the purpose of this public organisation by using its ‘Voice of the Customer’ approach. With this unique methodology, the needs of all ‘customers’ of Network Rail High Speed were structured into a flow down. BearingPoint used this framework to assess the current performance, to define the right size and design the required organisational capabilities. The outputs have been used by the client to define their organisation for the 2020-2025 control period.

The winners will be announced on Thursday, 28th March.
