Performance Improvement in the Private Sector – Slater Gordon
BearingPoint’s project with Slater Gordon is symbolic of combining expertise from a variety of industries in order to ensure the customer process is as efficient as possible. Through using BearingPoint’s Active Manager methodology, to enhance management ability and improve data visibility, the Slater Gordon transformation proved an impactful project for the client and for BearingPoint.
Performance Improvement in the Public Sector – NHS Hertfordshire Community Trust
BearingPoint worked alongside Hertfordshire Community Trust to transform their Public Health Nursing Service. This project had a strong focus on transforming services for 0-5-year-olds. Throughout the transformation process, the team continuously engaged with frontline staff to co-design solutions, build confidence and develop strong improvement. This significant three-phase transformation project took place alongside business as usual, with no break in service.
Young Consultant of the Year – Benjamin Santucci
Ben is well recognised for adding value to every project he works on. With his unique approach to consulting, Ben demonstrates how creativity compliments rather than competes with quantitative analysis, supporting in designing processes, interpreting findings, and presenting results back to the client. Ben offers an inspiring take on consulting and approaching data with an open-mind – resonating with all clients, including non-technical client reams.
Innovation Consultant of the Year – Jonathan Stephens
Jonny has a clear view on Innovation – adamant that it is not a synonym for the creative process, he shows that real innovation needs results. Jonny has delivered measurable change for clients across a broad spectrum, giving him a great perspective on how businesses innovate to stay relevant. Jonny’s experiences range from cutting-edge breakthrough innovation, to long-term sustainable change. His unique style enables him to help clients solve complex problems in new ways – something he does with energy, passion and good humour.
Outstanding Achievement – Daniel Harvey
When working with clients, Daniel goes above and beyond to provide solutions to complex problems. Daniel holds a unique perception of what ‘achievement’ means – viewing it as something that delivers value for others. His achievements throughout the duration of his career act as proof of this, delivering significant impact to his peers, teams and clients.
