It’s essential for us to conduct business with a high level of integrity in all our interactions. In an evolving and ever challenging commercial and regulatory and compliance environment, we want to be prepared to adapt the way we work to ensure that we always conduct business in the most appropriate, ethical and transparent way.

Our Code of Business Ethics

Our Code of Business Ethics provides an overview of our commitment by defining our standards of ethical behavior and fiduciary responsibilities towards our people, clients and other business partners.

Ethical AI

In the dynamic landscape of today’s world, the significance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) cannot be understated. Statement on Ethical AI

Our Supplier Code of Business Ethics

Our business is based on the trust of our clients, shareholders, employees and the public: trust in both our performance and ethical principles. To protect this trust, we want to contract with business partners that share our corporate values and conduct business in an ethical manner.

Supplier Code of Business Ethics

Any new Supplier will be asked to confirm the principles of our Supplier Code of Business Ethics and depending on their type of service to provide adequate information and documentation to complete our Supplier Assessment relating to general Compliance, Data and Information Security, ESG and Business Continuity. Material suppliers should also expect an ongoing review. For any questions or concerns regarding the Supplier Code of Business Ethics and related laws and regulation please contact: vrm@bearingpoint.com

UN Global Compact and Human Rights

We are proud to be a signatory of the UNGC since Sept 2019 and will work hard to ensure we live up to the promises we have made in working towards its 10 principles. Through our global network we are working proactively and jointly with other stakeholders to address the ever-increasing global challenges in relation to environment, social responsibility, human rights and business ethics in general.
