Our graduate recruitment process involves an initial virtual interview and online psychometric testing followed by an assessment centre and individual final stage interviews.

The timeline can vary depending on the role and volume of applications e.g. our graduate hiring can take place over longer periods of time due to volumes of applications, but typically the process takes around 4-6 weeks.

Our Hybrid Working model is designed to enhance work-life balance, boost employee motivation, performance, and productivity.

Our working model follows a ‘Teams Based’ approach, where each project team collaborates with their manager to agree the necessary in-person meetings and events required and this will vary by client project. Throughout the year we also have some mandatory in-person activities such as training and recruitment interviews. Mostly the office is busy as we enjoy socialising as well as working.
