The Core Consulting Team (CCT) at BearingPoint is the launchpad for high-impact consulting careers. Designed for junior consultants (from Intern through to Consultant level) the CCT builds rock-solid foundations in both hard and soft skills, offering hands-on exposure across industries and service lines. Through structured training, real client work, and a vibrant, connected community, we shape agile, confident consultants ready to thrive anywhere. Our global training curriculum
Be.School
Kick-off your career at BearingPoint with our firmwide onboarding program, Be.School. The 5-day training provides our new joiners with the needed skills according to their level and consulting experience and gives them the opportunity to network with colleagues around the globe.
Consultant Bootcamp
Deepen your expertise at our Consultant Bootcamp. Over 3 days, at our campus in Brussels, you will learn more about our firm’s purpose and discover current and future insights into your area of consulting.
