My role

As a Senior Analyst in the Customer & Growth team, my role involves supporting transformation programmes and helping clients bring more structure, clarity and momentum to complex change. Much of my work sits across Project Management Office (PMO) and change management, where I support clients to keep delivery on track and ensure stakeholders have the information they need to make decisions.

I work closely with both client and internal teams to coordinate delivery, manage stakeholders and contribute to key project activities, often spending time on client site to collaborate more closely with teams.

Normal day

A typical day can vary quite a bit depending on the project, but it usually involves a mix of coordination, delivery and stakeholder engagement. I often start by reviewing emails and updates from the team, before joining meetings to align on progress and priorities.

On some projects, my day is focused on PMO activities, such as preparing governance materials, managing reporting and RAID processes, gathering updates from different workstreams, and ensuring everything stays on track. On others, particularly in change management roles, I spend more time in workshops with business process and solution teams, helping to develop artefacts such as change impact assessments, training needs analysis and personas to support the execution of the change management approach.

Alongside project work, I also contribute to internal initiatives, such as supporting proposal development, organising CSR fundraising events, and contributing to Customer & Growth proposition development.

Outside the office

Outside of work, I enjoy going to Pilates, spending time with friends and making the most of living in London! I’m also a big Formula 1 fan, and I like to travel whenever I can, as well as going back home to Sweden to spend time with family and friends. The flexibility to occasionally work from there is a benefit I really appreciate.

Why BearingPoint?

What has stood out to me about BearingPoint is the level of responsibility you can take on early on and the supportive environment you work in. There is a strong sense of trust, which makes it easier to take ownership and develop confidence in your role.

I’ve also found the support structure valuable, particularly through development managers who are invested in your growth. Working across different teams has been a great way to learn, broaden my experience and take on new challenges over time.
