Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.

• Conduct workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

• Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.

• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools (e.g., Flow).

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and development.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and admins.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high-quality delivery.

• Support UAT, training, and change management activities.

• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant (5+ years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).If you have experience with industry clouds e.g. Financial Services Cloud that would be desirable.

• Experience with declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes.

• Excellent understanding of CRM processes and business operations.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) highly desirable
