Aloke Kapur is a Partner in the UK office and is the UK lead for the Communications, Media and Entertainment (CME) practice. He has a strong track record of delivering large scale programmes focused on digitally-enabled business transformation, the open digital economy and working with clients to develop new business models.
Aloke works closely with clients on their Digital Business Strategy, both looking to optimise existing operations, and to develop new business models and revenue streams through new digital capabilities. Connecting the technology and business functions to understand and realise the art of the possible within an organisation is a key focus area for Aloke.
As UK CME lead, Aloke has worked with industry leading organisations across the market, including Tier 1 Telcos. Recently this has included implementing a ground-breaking “Business Platform as a Service” offering that allows enterprises from across all industries to digitally enable their business and ecosystems.
In addition, Aloke has accountability for BearingPoint’s solution for GDPR which takes a unique customer-centric approach to readiness which goes beyond just compliance.

From working through the early days of digital, Aloke has continued to develop his expertise and has been at the forefront of thinking around digital transformation and new digital business models.
For over 20 years Aloke has been successfully delivering IT-enabled business transformation for global enterprises in a variety of industries, including Communications, Media, Banking, Insurance, Construction, Health and Public Sector.
With a degree in Banking and Finance, and a strong working background in Financial Services, Aloke has taken his learnings and experience from each role throughout his career and applied them to the next.
