Since mid-90’s I’m driving projects for industrial, healthcare and federal government clients. My personal sweet sport is enhancing corporate excellence e.g. by reduction of administrative cost. Therefore I reorganize operational and organizational structure of entire companies / organizations or specifics functions like operations, logistics or IT. In manageing holistic transformation programs I’m balancing risk, speed and costs to support my clients success. I achieve this, among other things, by optimizing the structural and process organization or digitization with innovative solutions such as SAP Concur.
Starting my professional carreer als logistics planner with Continental AG’s tyre division I shifted to management consulting in 1995. With Prof. Dr. Horst Wildemann, KPMG Consulting and Roland Berger I was resonsible for numerous projects.
After rejoining BearingPoint in 2003 I was promoted to Managing Director in 2006, which tranfered after the MBO in 2009 to Partner. In different roles like Head of Defense Segement, Industry Service Group Lead Strategy and Transformation or as account lead for DAX-companies and federal ministries I’m supporting BearingPoint’s growth.
