As Leinster Rugby's Official Innovation Partner, BearingPoint supports the achievement of these goals by providing digital transformation, technology implementation and consulting services. BearingPoint supports the underage game and the player pathway through sponsorship of the BearingPoint Sarah Robinson and Shane Horgan Cups. The sponsorship aims to support the women's game and the development of young talent in Leinster Rugby.

October 2019: Committed Leinster Rugby fans collecting their season tickets in the RDS were invited to test their own ball handling skills and enter a competition for a trip to the European Champions Cup Final 2020. It’s clear to see that there’s a lot of talent in the stands as well as on the pitch because we a had huge amount of entries. Pictured here is the lucky winner, Lisa O’Sullivan Rafferty, as she collected her prize, together with her daughter Lily (Johnny Sexton’s number 1 fan), David Field, Digital Marketing and Jennifer Chamberlaine, Head of Marketing & Communications. Lisa will be bringing her Dad to Marseille in May to thank him for all the matches he brought her to over the years.

May 2019: Clap banners help turn the stadium blue and help the players hear the support of the fans. We invited Leinster fans to tweet a picture of themselves with one of the thousands of clap banners we have distributed at games throughout the season. The challenge attracted huge attention across social media as the Guinness Pro 14 Championship entered the knockout stages. The eventual competition winners were welcomed to BearingPoint's Dublin office, where they were presented with a cool €1,000 cash prize.

May, 2019: BearingPoint teamed up with the Official Leinster Rugby Supporters Club to create a Sea of Blue ahead of Leinster's Guinness Pro 14 Semi-Final clash with Munster. A team from BearingPoint helped to distribute thousands of flags, big blue foam hands and clap banners before the game, encouraging fans to #JoinTheRoar. The tremendous atmosphere helped Leinster Rugby on their way to a 24-9 victory and set up a Championship decider with Glasgow Warriors.
