After earning my university degree in business administration and gaining my first professional experience in lean management within the automotive segment, management consulting became my passion, mainly in turnaround and restructuring projects. Later, I assumed the overall responsibility for an investment firm that focused on real estate developments before joining BearingPoint in 2011.
For the last 14 years, I have worked mainly with our clients in postal and transportation on strategic challenges, organizational development, process management, people development, and topics around improving employer attractiveness.
