I am responsible for business development and client relationshaip management. I have over 30 years’ experience in the ICT industry, focusing on technology-enabled business and process change for clients in the public, life sciences, utiltites and professinoal services sectors. 

My areas of expertise include business software implementation (both cloud and on-premise), systems integration and business and technology advisory services.

I also manage a number of our partnerships and allicances with delivery partners and software vendors, including our Value Added Reseller relationship with SAP.

I have learned over my career that listening to clients and fully understanding and quantifying their pain points provides a platform from which solutions and business value can be articulated and delivered.
