I have a background in programme and project management which involved leading major transformational programmes. Prior to taking a lead role in programmes, my background was in implementing business solutions for Inventory and Warehousing and related Information Management requirements. This experience provided a fundamental understanding of the business issues associated with running integrated business solutions.
I am currently leading our business in Ireland driving a number of sectors, mainly within the Public Sectors and specific commercial segments such as telecoms and utilities. This role involves working with clients to shape complex systems integration deals which involve a combination of change management, process transformation, design and build of complex solutions and the implementation of these solutions. This also involves working closely with our key alliance solution partners.
