Gillian has been working in BearingPoint since 2004, initially joining as a software developer and advancing to lead the Irish Development team. After becoming a Partner in the Firm in 2016, Gillian took on the role of lead Partner responsible for Technology Delivery. In this role, she led a number of digital transformation projects for Irish and international clients.  Alongside this, Gillian recently held the position of Firm-wide Head of Diversity. Throughout her time at BearingPoint, Gillian has held various leadership positions, delivering successful outcomes for clients in industries such as the public sector, financial services, and pharmaceuticals. In 2021, she was appointed as the Country Leader for BearingPoint Ireland. 

Gillian's outstanding dedication to Diversity and Inclusion, along with her commitment to CSR initiatives, particularly in female empowerment and balanced recruitment, has earned her this prestigious award.
