The BearingPoint Foundation
Our social purpose
We are innovative thought leaders. Bright, lively minds are at the heart of our firm.
We have a shared social purpose that builds on this core: to support the development and understanding of the human mind.
Specifically, we focus on improving mental health and well-being and driving advances in understanding and developing IQ (Intelligent Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient) in society.
Improving mental health and well-being
To improve mental health and well-being, we work on and support projects that tackle brain diseases or issues affecting the human brain, such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia. We aim to help people live full and rewarding lives free from mental illness or incapacity, cope with the normal stresses of everyday life, work productively and fruitfully, and make a positive contribution to their communities.
Driving advances in Intelligence Quotient (IQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ) in society
To drive understanding and development of IQ, we work on projects and support research that enhances our reasoning capabilities.
To drive understanding and development of EQ, we work on projects and support research that enhances self-awareness, empathy and dealing sensitively with others.
