BearingPoint has recently achieved B Corp certification, reinforcing its dedication to high standards of social and environmental performance. This is a significant milestone, for our clients and our teams, and demonstrates our commitment to sustainability, diversity, and inclusion. Alongside this, in June 2024 the Irish practice achieved ISO14001 certification for environmental standards.

There are three key pillars of sustainability at BearingPoint.
People: This pillar focuses on the well-being and development of employees and stakeholders. It emphasises diversity, inclusion, and creating a positive impact on the communities where BearingPoint operates.
Planet: This pillar is dedicated to environmental sustainability. It includes initiatives to reduce carbon emissions, promote sustainable practices, and ensure that the company's operations are environmentally responsible.
Society: This pillar aims to contribute positively to society by engaging in ethical business practices, supporting social causes, and fostering a culture of corporate social responsibility
Local activities such as Climate Fresk workshops, canal cleanups, webinars and information sessions help us to engage with these pillars and make a tangible difference.
