Our graduates join on permanent contracts and work on project teams from the start. Graduates complete a 2-year training programme to develop and enhance their core consulting skills and are supported throughout the 2-year training period with a rich learning experience and a variety of activities to help them to transition to the role of consultant. Our goal is to provide our graduates with the skills and tools needed to succeed in their careers and projects.
