My Role
I’m the Country Leader for BearingPoint Ireland, a role I’ve held since 2021. I started my journey here in 2004 as a software developer and gradually progressed through various leadership roles, including leading our Irish Software team and later becoming the Partner responsible for Technology Delivery. In that role, I led digital transformation projects for clients across the public sector, financial services, and pharma. I’ve also served as the firm-wide Head of Diversity, which is a topic I’m especially passionate about. Today, I focus on steering our Irish practice, supporting our people, driving innovation, and ensuring we deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients.
Normal Day
No two days are ever the same, and that’s part of what I love about this role. My mornings often start with internal check-ins, pipeline reviews, marketing updates, or leadership syncs. I spend a lot of time collaborating with colleagues across departments, whether it’s planning strategic initiatives, reviewing client engagements, or supporting our CSR and DEI programmes. I also make time for external partnerships, like our partnership with Leinster Rugby and Tennis Ireland. Through these collaborations, we’ve been able to connect with fans, support grassroots development, and create meaningful experiences. I try to stay visible and accessible to our people, whether that’s through team meetings, mentoring, or just being available for a quick chat.
